ORLANDO WORKED FOR EXACTACALL FOR ONLY 1 WEEK. THEN HE DECIDES, BECAUSE WE DIDN'T PAY HIM FAST ENOUGH (AND BECAUSE HE DIDN'T FOLLOW ORDERS), HE DECIDES TO BLAST THE BOSS AND CHARLENE ADAMS.
CHARLENE IS THE VP OF EXACTACALL AND DOES A GREAT JOB. ORLANDO DOESN'T KNOW CHARLENE, YET HE INSISTS ON DEFAMING HER NAME. WHY? BECAUSE OF $117.00. HE HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL, YET HE RAN LIKE A COWARD AFTER WE PAID HIM (AND LIED ABOUT TAKING THE POST DOWN).
HIS COWORKER, ALEJANDRO DECIDED TO QUIT BECAUSE HE DIDN'T UNDERSTAND OUR COMPANY POLICY ABOUT PAYMENT. WE PAY EVERY WEEK, HOWEVER, WE HOLD THE FIRST WEEK. SO IF A PERSON WORKS MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, ALL EMPLOYEES ARE PAID THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY. IS THAT SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND? YET I WAS TOLD THAT I LIED TO ALEJANDRO BECAUSE HE STARTED ON A TUESDAY AND WANTED HIS PAY ON THAT FRIDAY AND DIDN'T WANT TO WAIT UNTIL THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY.
IF PEOPLE CAN'T UNDERSTAND THE POLICIES SET FORTH, THEY REALLY SHOULD CONSIDER WORKING ELSEWHERE.
I HAVE SAID TO EMPLOYEES TO GIVE ME PRODUCTION OR THEY WILL BE FIRED. WE CANNOT STAY IN BUSINESS WITHOUT GIVING CLIENTS WHAT THEY WANT AND PEOPLE'S JOBS DEPEND ON THEIR WILLINGNESS TO WORK HARD.
SO IF YOU'RE AN EMPLOYEE AND YOU'RE SCARED ABOUT BEING PAID AND WANT TO BELIEVE ORLANDO AND HIS TRASH TALK, PLEASE DON'T APPLY. WE ONLY WANT PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK AND WHO WILL GET PAID A DECENT SALARY FOR THEIR TIME.
WE PAY OUR BILLS--ESPECIALLY OUR EMPLOYEES--END OF STORY.
