DUMBO moving and storage lost furniture,broke my items Brooklyn New York

Well i did not want to do this,but enough is enough.

Not only have they lost my items but the took my items from Dumbo to East Rutherford without my knowledge, never told  me and continued to charge me the same rent. This is despite taking it from a private storage to a area filled with other people's items ( think the possibility of beg bugs etc) they never told me they had done so! They managed collect rent each month but never advised us that they had done this move across state lines and they even had the audacity to INCREASE the rent.Their excuse was it was due to Sandy but they NEVER told us our items had been moved---almost three years ago. While there we were shoved in with many other items and never put back into a private unit.

DUMBO also  packed my boxes originally. When i opened my items there was so much breakage it was heartbreaking.I have asked repeatedly to search the premises( in both locations)  for my missing vintage table but i have yet to receive the chance to do so.Furthermore on the day they unloaded my items, they sent over claims person because there was so much damage. When i called them afterwards they claims to have no knowledge who the person was! i kindly let into my home because i understood that they genuinely wasted to resolve this.I was told on April 19th that i would have an answer on my claims by Tuesday- it is now May 4 and no has yet to take responsibility and answer my direct questions. Fortunately I have photos of my the damage and I did not sign the waiver.I should also mention that they "thought' they had found my item but it turned out to be a false hope. How disorganized and unprofessional can you be? I used this company because i trusted them to secure my items and instead they destroyed and lost my items- plus made me pay for it. I absolutely will be following this up.I am so upset because i had truly hoped that would me with courtesy-especially affter all that they had done.
