Dun and Bradstreet Credibility Corp I've been dooped Sacramento, California

I'm a contractor who like most my competition is struggling in this economy.  I was contacted by Dun and Bradstreet Credibility Corp. today and was told there had been 15 inquiries into my D & B account over the last 30 days.  The information the lady was telling me on the phone was totally inaccurate about my business.  Since I have over 20 current bids to various companies floating around I found it conceivable someone was checking up on me and I needed to get my data current.

I agreed to sign up for the Credit Builder package at an annual rate of $799.00 annually.  At this point I'm being thought of as a rookie, but I've been in business for 32 years and have never fell for a scam before-the opportunities have been there to loose a bunch of money but I new better--  after all it was Dun and Bradstreet calling (used to be a very well respected company).  

After visiting the website I new instantly that I'd screwed up, I'm calling them first thing in the morning and if I don't get any results I'll let American Express handle the situation since I purchased the information on a total lie and misrepresentation of the facts. 

For the record, I read the user terms and conditions after I figured out I'd been dooped and there is a disclaimer that says that Dun and Bradstreet Credibility Corp is NOT affiliated with D&B Inc.  If you want a good laugh go to the Credibility Corp website and read their terms and conditions, they disclaim any responsibility or liability for anything and basically disclose they will do what they want when they want and change anything and everything at their discretion no matter how it affects it's members.

IMHO these people are unscrupulous bottom feeding scum bags that I wouldn't spit on if they were on fire.
