Dunkin Donuts Baskin Robbins Rude Indian Manager, Serve Burnt coffee wrong order, insults customers orlando, Florida

This is the BEST Dunkin Donuts in Orlando. Obviously the guy posting the complaint is a moron, and I am sure that anyone reading his offensive, idiotic post can tell that, however, I do want to say that this is really a great store. I love the fact that this loser thought getting an order wrong was an "ordeal". What a total simpleton. Then he wants the drink "comped" I guess this cretin does this all the time. My God, what a world we live in, to have to breathe the same air as this pinhead. Oh, and the best part, he is telling you to "beware" of Dunkin Donuts. What a fool! Please buddy, whatever you do, DO NOT HAVE CHILDREN! It would be best if you would just hang yourself.

  more problems with this store-- not only do they do anything wrong they can to people sometmes, their rude employees serve them less in a cup than what they are supposed to serve quantity wise....so they rip people off in this way too--if you decide you want to change your order to a large one, they also charge you .50 extra than what they should be charging you....also ripping you off.... they are a really messed up place to go to, and rip people off consistently....and have bad employees....

There's this guy who lives in Hollywood, California and I think that you two should meet. I think that you two would be great together.

  Why does BR have such bad service--this isnt just this store but so many of them. They employ low class people who have no CSR skills and treat customers like dirt or abuse them. At this location I've received not so good service from a hispanic female now who is rude to me everytime I go. She seems to not be able to undrstand english well and will get your order wrong and then blame it on you. The last time I had gone she gave me the wrong kind of milk. I went into the place to order a regular coffee drink. I told her normal and she kept saying...HOT OR ICED. I said....hot...she asked again...you want it hot....i said yes, normal...she proceeded to ask me the same question again several times and I got annoyed and said I've told you Hot 5 times now....the psycho female then berated me more and said that she had to make sure what I wanted. Huh? Then she I believe insulted me to her co worker....and then her co worker was holding a glass full of "ice" and staring at me......and I said "hot" again for the 7th time now...and she's like What? like...now you want it hot? as if that was my mistake.... this is so absurd....the rude hispanic loser thank God did not come back to take my money as the other employee did, who was at least civil and had some manners. Overall, very rude employees there and everyone was rude in some way, and the short hispanic female is extremely rude and it's surprising with her lack of comprehension skills how she is even working at a place like that...when she can't understand simple english after being told to her many times and abusing a customer by getting irate and mad at them after asking them a question many times then still getting the order wrong and bad mouthing them to employees. This is not a rare occurrence at baskin robbins which almost 'always' has the rudest people you can find not only rude but incompetent as well and will abuse customers, along with the managers there who abuse customers as well. If you want good prompt service and accurate orders made correctly this is not the place you will find that at all, and most likely will get incorrect orders with bad service and bad attitudes by the rude people that work there as well as the managers. Also the people in orlando or around seem to hold a vendetta against attractive females and seem to be very jealous of them overall and will treat them especially badly because they are insecure and somehow feel powerful abusing pretty women--common thing for so many of the idiots and losers out there in society today.
