I bought a frozen cappuccino and got no whipped cream!!!! The picture displays it, therefore I should get it with my purchase.

People have lost homes, life savings, and probably their lives to real life rip-offs, however you didn't receive .0000001 cents worth of a whipped dairy product and your life is over. God, it's really going to suck when you go into the real world and do real world things. You might just get ripped-off when you get your first apartment and they charge you money to live there! You never had to do that with your parents! How dare they!

Dunkin donuts doesn't sell frozen cappuccino's. They never have.
You might have gotten a coolatta or an iced latte, in which case you have to state that you would like whipped cream on top.
