Dunn Rite Tree Experts Did not finish the job contracted Westminister Maryland

On October 12 2017 we had Dunn Rite Tree Experts come out to remove six trees and remove the lowest branches off a few trees. Allen Stottlemire, the owner was present on the job. Allen said they would remove all debris and would take down part of a fence to get access. He couldn’t prune one tree because the yard was to wet but would be back next week to finish.   Allen seemed vary trustworthy so we paid him in full.  Turns out he didn’t remove the fence like he said he would, the fence was broken when the tree   “Got away from him” and he left it broken.  He also dumped some of the debris from the job onto my neighbor’s property!

My neighbor found out about it and called Allen, leaving a message to come get the debris off his land. Allen sent us a copy of the voicemail message; yes we still have the message.  Needless to say, after almost weekly texts from Allen saying he would be back next week to finish, it is now New Year’s Eve and they still have not finished the job they were paid to do. I contacted Dunn Rite about three weeks ago, via email, about this never got a response.  If Allen has no intent of completing the job, then he has stolen money from me. I will file a complaint will Consumer Affairs and Better Business Bureau. Allen is clearly in the wrong but it seems he does not care that his word means nothing.
