Purchased a used mower but it had a damaged throttle, carburetor and a well hidden torn chassis. Two days later Kevin Clemens refused a refund claiming that I did all that damage and it was my responsibility. The day after I bought this mower and tried to mow for a short distance it ran so slow that it wouldn't cut the grass. I took it back and Kevin bent straight the throttle that was locked into the idle position and told me to move that back and forth to get the engine to run faster. He said I must have rammed into something but I had not (it was that way when I bought it). The grass area is all open. We didn't start it then at his shop (my fault for being trusting). The next day the mower ran fast then slow then fast then slow alternating speeds. A bad carburetor I'm guessing. I had to mow back and forth to cut the grass. After about 60 to 80 feet I noticed the rear wheel bending outward. I stopped and turned the mower over to reveal that the chassis was torn about 5 to 6 inches from the front of the wheel to the upper part near the platform. I called Kevin and he refused a refund claiming that I was responsible for the damage and I was stuck with it after only 48 hours. The mower is junk and should not have been sold. I am out the money. He is not worthy of trust or honesty.
