I had posted a report about Dupray and how they did not hold true to their satisfaction guarantee and deceptively sold me a machine. I posted comments on youtube such as "be careful Dupray sold me a machine that was not suitable for my business after they told me it would be suitable to clean the exterior of the vehicle and I had to pay over $600 to return it - true story" because if someone had of warned me I wouldn't be in this situation.

Dupray guarantees satisfaction. . . When I ordered I told the sales rep I did not have a drain and would need to clean the exterior of the vehicle in efficeint time and they assured it would, and it didn't, so why am I responsible for these shipping and refund fees if I was not satisfied and it did not perform as I was told it would. Not to mention after I bought it they said that this machine would not be suitable for exterior washing and tried to upgrade me to a different machine.

I tried to warn future customers of my experience and my comments were removed and I was blocked and even certain videos for dupray ratings have been disabled. . . so now Dupray is even more deceptive than I believed because they remove negative comments and only leave good ones.

 I was only asking Dupray to be fair and reimburse me for the shipping charges and return fees but they would not admit that they were wrong  and refused to do anything for me. But now I belive that everyone should know that this company is not completly honest. How to they even get away with saying satisfaction guaranteed? Dupray also says they have hassle free returns. . . .

Dupray claims "satisfaction guarantee" and "hassle free returns" on website

I was told the machine bought would be suitable for my business, it wasn't suitable for my business as it did not hold pressure for the purposes I bought it for. I was not satisfied but Dupray guarantees satisfaction and did nothing but cost me over $600. I had to pay over $600 to return it but yet dupray claims "Hassle free returns". How can you make these claims Dupray?

I just want the shipping costs and return fees back and for Dupray to stay true to their claims

.Clearly I am not the only one to be dissatisfied if they block all public from rating their videos.

I specified before I bought it that I did not have a drain and would need it to wash the exterior in high volume. I called 3 times to make sure this product would be capable of running a detail shop with no drain. If I was aware it would not work for me I would not have bought it and revolved my whole business around it, clearly.

Every rep I talked with said it would be 100% sufficient, if was after I bought it Duprey told me of course you cannot wash the outside with it and tied to upsell. I had no interest in the maachine for the interior only exterior and it did not work. I was not completly satisfied and they guarantee satisfaction.

Yes in the return policy it is stated but it was not shown clearly and on the site in big letters where everyone can see it says hassle free returns, how is $600 hassle free. but beside the fact I was sold the product deceptively. They told me I could use it on the exterior without a drain and it was not possible as the pressure ony lasts 5 min and then it has to sit for another 5-10 for pressure to build up it took over an hour to clean the exterior to our customers standars, which would not be suitable in any detail shop.

This client was sold the model of steam cleaner that is the most popular with automotive detailers all over North America. This unit is used for complete automotive interior detailing and also exterior cleaning in low volume, the client indicated after purchase that he required something faster for the outside of the vehicle, which would mean a higher volume, he was suggested a larger model that would suit his needs better but decided to return the product.

The product was returned after the time period allowed by the return policy but Dupray allowed the client to return it none the less. The charges the client had to pay were indicated at time of purchase in our Return policy.

Dupray stands behind their products and applications. Dupray knows through their own experiences with the products and customer's praise that the client was sold the proper equipment for the needs described at the time of purchase.
