Dura-Loc Allmet roofing products Roof coating falling off Courland, Ontario

   The roof coating is falling falling off. It was put on in 2005. It was repaired in 2007. (The colors did not  match) Now it Looks a lot worse. In contacting the rep. Allan Reid I got a hostile feeling. 
    He wanted to know if the roof was vented. I replied the installers said  it was not needed. Dura-Luc internet site says self venting .
    The next issue was the type of issulation used which was aluminum faced fiber. I was told that was the source of the problem as it reflected the sun light to supper heat the roof . It was there for not their problem. 
    I made two complaints with the BBB web site. That place is a real joke. Very hard to deal with.
