My dvd player was working fine until the A/C hole chipped off. All I really want to do is get this repaired. Since the number that is listed doesn't work, then how could I ever get this matter resolved? It isn't right to print a phone number with a corporation name and the number isn't working anymore. Their website also lists a company by the name of Evergo Corporation, for what reason I am not sure. Their telephone number was the same as the one they have listed on their product : 1-800-315-5885. I hope that someone gets a hold of them so that we could be taken care of.
Please help us get to bottom of this mysterious situation. It's almost as if they just jumped ship to avoid complaints or problems. They were around for us to make the product available to us, but not if we have problems. This is rediculous.
