Duramade/ Fafco Lie to new Employees Orlando, Florida

Duramade/Fafco hired me to work for them in sales for their new area in Orlando, told me and 5 others that we would be paid a set salary and than commissions on sales.

Went over to Clearwater for training and once we are there they state that there would be NO SALARY just a draw on future commissions and NO PAY for training. Very Dishonest and the most dysfunctional training and management team I have ever seen in my Life. Marc Grossman was absolutely horrific as he brought his little doggie with him in training and changed things every day,absolutely clueless on products and horrible with people.

Still can't believe the owner Gary Delia is fine with him bringing his doggie to work and had no idea how bad Grossman was.

 prices that they charge customers is absolutely ridiculous, as they start so high and than drop the prices 3 times to try and get the business be very leery of ever working for them and extremely leery of doing business with them.
