This dude is not all he appears to be. Few, if any, "students" make money doing actual commercial real estate deals.

The game here is to lead you on with promises that you can "learn a skill that will last a lifetime" either buying commercial properties or brokering commercial loans. However you're never told how difficult doing either really is in real life. After a few months banging your head, you (might) finally wake up ad see it and him for what it is.

Once you buy a course, "membership" or whatever, then you will gradually be led to start promoting the "courses" yourself for "extra income" while you "learn and wait for your deal(s) to close" (If you still feel right dragging other people into the same situation you find youself in, that is).

That's not to say that you may or may not get lucky and "do a deal".

Go in with you eyes open. Let the buyer beware. There's no free lunch.

Also, beware that you don't get used by this guy. He claims to be the "Master Money Broker". He's actually a "Master Manipulator". Pay very close attention to what he says and does on EVERYTHING.
