Dustin Barrett DB3 Enterprises LLC Contract fraud stolen money Dallas Texas

Dustin Barrett was a friend. I knew he had some business adventures I wanted in on. He needed money so I agreed to loan him some under a written contract. $100,000. The contract states he would inform me about any business that went on that included my money....That never happened. Even thought he throws in my face how well the business I doing but he still has not made good on the contract. I have text messages and recorded meetings to back up everything I say. He also suckered me into his car leasing scam. I bought 3 cars from a dealership he is affeliated with. This dealership has ran my credit two other times with my permission and will remove them from my credit report. They also gave Dustin the keys to the Escalade.

I was never contacted about the delivery of this car from the dealership. They have threatened me to sue me if I report them.. Dustin back up his leasing story by giving me the company name and Web site that he said was his. Www:exoticrentaltx.com. Two cars on this Web site 550S the Tesla has been taken off because I got possession of it, and the White escalade that was purchased in my name without my full knowledge are on the site. I have not received a penny from any rentals. Dustin agreed to make all payments including insurance if I used my credit because has said he bought 3 and his credit was maxed. June 2017 was the only time I was ever in the dealership. The Escalade was purchase in July 2017. My credit was checked that day and another time in December. I was warned by Credit Karma that my credit was just checked. I called immediately and left a message. What ever was going down I stopped it but never got a explanation why it was ran. Dustin has stole all my money. I had to make the first 4 cars payments a buy insurance for cars I do not have control of.

I cannot make any more payments. The banks want the cars back but Dustin will not return them. The banks are sueing me for these cars. Dustin paid me with 3 checks for two months of car payments. None of the checks equaled to any combined payments. They were random payments. These checks are in my name and we're pay back payments to me for the $21,000 worth pay payments I had to make. The checks only totaled a little over $10,000 still leaving me $10,000 in dept. Now he's saying I stole that money and did not make car payments with them... He's holding the cars for random until I pay him that money back. I have no money left. He has stolen my life savings.

I am about to lose my home. I have filed the nessary papers with small claims, civil court and the DAs office to make this a crime of fraud embezzlement and hopefully extortion. If you have anything information to help me get this guy maybe we can help each other. One last thing. I met Dustin in LA where we we going to get into the legal cannabis business. I gave him another $20,000 to get into this business. He wanted me to drive back 20 pounds of pot. I refused and that's when all hell broke loose....I know I look pretty foolist and I have to live with this....this man in evil,. The IRS should check this guy out.
