I ordered 6 cartons of cigarettes from this company February 22nd 2008, I received 4 cartons and emailed them to ask where the remainder were. I was told they were on their way and never arrived. I have a file of about 30 emails of correspondence with them and I am constantly being told to be "patient" while they "investigate" where the 2 cartons of cigarettes are.
Today I found a tel # on a fridge magnet and called them but their telephone number is disconnected. There is no longer a contact telephone number on their website.
It is very dishonest to run a business like this and rip people off. I hope somebody can do something to stop this type of internet scam.
I am happy to take this further if anyone can advise me of what course of action I might need to take?
