Duvera Collections Ripoff Bad and disrespectful attitude Internet

I contacted Duvera Collections, on a matter of great importance, and spoke with a Marvin, who became quite bilergent and attitude, when I started asking questions. He called me a liar, and tried to runover my conversation, and would not let me speak with his supervisor. He actually hung up on me, and when I called Duvera back, and asked to speak with a supervisor, I was again connected with "Marvin" and was informed that he did not have time to waste speaking with me, and hung up once more. I was willing to make a settlement in this matter, but due to his attitude and treatment of me, I contest this credit report finding. It has been disputted thru my bank, and still appears on my credit report.
