DUX BOATS or DUX Inflatablle Productions, owner Tom Chaffee.
The worst puchase of my 57 year life. Tom lied constantly from begining to the end of the deal. My wife and I flew out to meet him and he still deceived us. From the start he changed the deal, delayed the production, used my money elsewhere, and in general never intended to deliver the product. I flew out to his shop and stood over him to make him build my boat. I had to pay his suppliers and employees to get my boat finished.
Once finished he refused to ship forcing me to return from Puerto Rico to obtain and ship the boat. Upon arrival, (3 months late) the boat will not hold air. Tom's answer was "it held air when it left here"
Tom is deluded and confused. Do NOT in any case send money. You will be sorry if you do.
