Dvd-cloner ripoff Internet

My daughter ordered (and paid by credit card) dvd-cloner for my birthday on around Aug 17th. The product just stopped working, obviously the files were corrupt. The site said it offered free updates and there was a newer version that I downloaded. When I tried to use it, it asked for my registration code, which my daughter had accidently deleted from email. When I emailed the company, they sent a registry code(and told me to register online) that does absolutely nothing and now the company will not answer any emails. What a waste of time and money! So much for my birthday present! Regnow sells this product, too, they should be aware that this is not an upstanding company.
