In December, 2005, I purchased the complete box set of That 70's Show from DVDCraze for my boss to give to his wife for Christmas. The price was over $200.00. When she received the DVD's, only 1 of the 15+ DVD's worked, and it was home made and extremely poor quality. I have left several messages over the last 4+ months to no avail. They will not respond. I have also left several phone messages with no response. It is extremely frustrating that there are people just looking to rip you off! My boss is now out $200.00. I sent another e-mail today, and of course have received no response. I would suggest that no one buy anything from this web site.

I have now completed three transactions with tvaddicts.tv and I simply wish to inform everyone that this company has demonstrated an incredible level of customer service and the product has been beyond my expectations.
In all three purchases, I have been completely satisfied and they have gone out of their way to ensure my satisfaction. They have LIVE customer service available on the website, with operators available to talk with you in IMs.
I suggest that the disgruntled person who filed this report should reevaluate the facts as this does not sound like the company I do business with. There are many factors which could cause a dvd not to work. Perhaps the player is dirty or the discs have been mishandled.
Whatever the case may be, I reccommend that this report be disregarded by those who value the rare and exciting service provided by this company to those of us who seek dvds of shows not otherwise available. And for the record, if you made a purchase on this site, you certainly should have known what you were buying.
