Dvdcraze.tv - Tvaddicts.tv ripoff Missing episodes poor quality horrible customer service! Internet

On 11/17/06 I ordered the complete DVD box set of "What I Like About You" for $149.99. When I received it in the mail, it was missing the following episodes:

2x01 I Love You... Soon
4x11 Coming Home
4x12 Desperate Girlfriends
4x13 The Other Women
4x14 Your Money or Your Wife
4x15 Garden State
4x16 Friends & Lovers
4x17 Now and Zen
4x18 Finally

The quality is so horrible! The video is grainy and the audio is all muffled. You can tell it's homemade by someone that has absolutely no idea what the hell they are doing.

Disc 4 will only run on my PC. I receive the following error on my DVD player: This disk is not formatted properly. Cannot play.

The navigation menu on some of the DVD's is missing, so you have to be really technically saavy just to figure out how to view the next screen of episodes.

As soon as I received the DVD set, I emailed them and said
"Since the price of the DVD set was $149.99 and there are 86 episodes, they cost approximately $1.75 each. Please mail me a good copy of Disc 4. If you don't have the 9 episodes listed above, I would like a $15.75 refund."

They said they would replace the whole DVD set, but of course that never happened. I waited too long to dispute the charge on my CC hoping they would redeem themselves. Of course, they never did.

Don't buy from them ever! You'll be sorry if you do!
