I ordered a set of DVD's 12/28/2007. My account was charged 1/02/2008. To this date 3/19/2008, I have neither the product nor a refund to my account. I have been told by the company numerous times that the product is backordered and is expected to ship in 5-7 days and nothing has happened. When I asked for a refund, they tell me that my account has not been charged yet I have proof that it has!

They have ceased responding to my emails, the 2 phone numbers I have for them are non working, and I can't find a street address for them to mail any correspondence to.

This is very frustrating! I would like to take legal action but don't know if it's worth the $97.72 that they owe me!
