TV Addicts DVD Series Never Recieved Tvaddicts.tv Internet

I ordered a set of 3rd Watch dvds as a gift for my mom off of tvaddicts.tv website. I got a back order email for a few days after saying my credit/debit card would not be charged until the order was shipped. A few days later I got an email saying my order was processed. The following day I got another back order email and have gotten back order emails every day since.

My debit card was charged for the DVDs and the money was taken from my account! I never recieved the DVDs and continue to get backorder emails.

Exactly one week after the money was taken from my account my debit card number was used to by porn by some unknown people. I waved it at the bank as fraud because I did not even know the website. I have since closed my debit card account so tv addicts can not take anymore money out of my account.

Has anyone else had this happen? Did anyone else get charged and never get what they ordered from this site? Buye beware do not order from this site prices look right until you pay and get nothing for it! I have tried emailing and gotten no response from this company. I have also tried calling the customer service number given and I just get a machine saying please hold and can wait forever and no one ever answers the phone.
