I ordered a DVD set of the mini series Centennial from this company. Boy I wish I would have checked with the RipOff Report first. They have not honored any of there online promises. Have yet to be able to talk to a real person. They don't answer live chat or respond to any emails I have sent. No email addresses or company addresses are provided. I have yet to receive my DVD set and they charged more to my credit card than they said they would. This company also uses two different names.

I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and have advised this company of it and that I want this order stopped and the charge refunded but they still have not answered me.

I FINALLY GOT MY MONEY BACK!!

I finally got my money refunded. I didn't bother to send the fake DVD's back even. They were recorded on TVIO. This company never answered any correspondence from me. I launched a dispute with my credit card company but even that I had to jump through alot of hoops on. The last time I called my credit card company about it, they tried calling the phone number and got right through! GO FIGURE. Anyway I tried calling right away and lo and behold got through and she told me it would be credited back within 10 days. Thank goodness it was.

Just an update. I have yet to get my money back from this company. I have had no answers whatsoever to my inquires. Now they FINALLY send the package. It came in a damaged envelope. The carrying case was broke and the whole DVD miniseries was recorded from TVIO!! What is it going to take to shut this place down and get some satisfaction.
