Ultimate Dvd Shop - tv Addicts.tv - orders@tv Addicts.tv ripoff Tried to charge xtra $$$$ wouldnt cancel my order with my c/c when asked to do so Internet

I was ordering a box set of dvds,the total price at the checkout was 68.18. I then got an email an hr or so later saying they were billing me for 73.67.I then tried to call their phone number,of course it was inop! I then got online with their live chat thingy,they were very incompitent on the fix or the problem I was asking,they had no clue.They said they would call me tommorrow,but they never did! When I was online in their chat room I asked them to just cancel my order and they just kept avoiding my request,I don't know if they were told to do this,or they were just ignorant?? I consider myself lucky though,they evidently did'nt charge my credit card fast enough cause I was able to call my bank and cancel my card and they never got their money,but I do have to wait 3 days for a new card though. What I don't understand is why their company has'nt been shut down by now,exspecially after reading the past complaints,and the dates that they were turned in!! What does it take to put the hammer down on these flagrant ripp-off places??? I do feel for the people who have been scammed though. I mean is this all that happens to these places that continually have bad selling practices?? I say, just shut them down,,,,now!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow,this is sort of ironic,,,I just tried to get on their web-sight and now that does'nt work either,I wonder why??? I hope this company is investigated to the hilt,just in case they are ripping people off. Thats all I have to say except,don't waste your money on this place and this is my personal oppinion.
