I ordered Crossing Jordan--Season 1-6, I thought. I received an e-mail confirm of my order twice. After a few weeks, I tried to contact the company via their 800 #. Every time, I got a recording & spoke to no one. Then I started reading how Crossing Jordan was not even out on DVD yet due to music rights. I e-mailed, like I had already done several times before. Then a friend suggested I google them and complaints. Well to my surprise, I read my story over and over again by 50 or so people who had been scammed by DVD Donkey.com. I called my bank to open a fraud case & I cancelled my credit card because I was told they could recharge my card again. After 7 days, my bank recredited my account. They are very slick. Even after I e-mailed them with a few choice words, they still e-mailed me back saying they could refund my money with one click of a button. Not true. I also told them to watch their backs because the Better Business Bureau was on to them. They also go by other names as: TVAddicts.com
TVDVD World.com Their 800 # won't get you anywhere. The only phone I got was 213-725-5232 but it just rang and rang. I also did a live chat once when I was unsuspecting. Everything seems so legit with these people, you would never suspect they are out to take your money & run. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!! I hope someone can put them out of business and in jail.

They were honsest with me

I emailed them about NYPD Blue, stating this was not available anywhere else, and wondering if they had a license to distribute this series.
The e-mail back to me:
Thank you for your interest in our products and services.
We are headquartered in Florida, USA.
Our DVDs are COPIES made from episodes aired on television. All of our
DVDs are region free and commercial free. They come with professionally
made artwork, animated menus and the quality is approximately 8/10. The
sets come with great artwork and look very nice as you see it on our site;
these sets look so good that they can even be a showpiece on your shelf.
Since many of these shows will not be officially released on DVD for a
while, this is the only way for fans such as yourself to enjoy your
favorite show on DVD.

Notice how they capped COPIES .. they are not trying to hide the fact that they simple record from TV and transfer them to DVD. The quality is going to SUCK and they are going to have to edit for commercials,ets.
I didn't order from them, based on other reports from other sites about thier quality, but if you looked before you purchased, you would have known this was a half-assed company to begin with, probably just a few guys in the garage with a VCR and a computer.
I'm not sure about the billing, but I wouldn't trust a company that simply records from TV, creates some half=assed box and sends them out at next to nothing.
Anyway, my take on it
