Dvd Donkey Ordered movies, paid for them and received half of order, cant return and get money back Internet

Back in December of 2007 I ordered The Fragile Rock tv series for my mom for her birthday. They took the money from my account and I didnt receive anything. About a month later after finally getting through to someone via email I did receive two of the five dvds. When I looked at the dvds I noticed that they were copies. I have since then been trying to get my money back. I have gone as far as to try to contact them again and also dispute through Visa. I have gotten no where. To top it all they overcharged me for what I ordered.

Unfortunately this website has some of the markings of a scam site. No contact information for the company. Unencrypted ordering system.
It is however a lot more professional looking than most scam sites so I can't completely blame you.
The biggest problem is that you have waited so long to complain. I don't know exactly what the credit card laws are in Canada but if you were in the U.S. it would be too late for you to dispute the charges. I wish you had dealt with this in January and you would have had a happy ending!
