First time user to purchasing over the internet to purchase a Christmas present for my partner, paid by credit card. I received emails to confirm purchase order number, payment and tracking number for Canada Post. When clicked on link - Canada Post had no record of tracking number. When emailed DVD Donkey - never received any response. It wasn't until I tried to look again for the website over the internet I saw others had been ripped off.
