Purchased complete set of Diagnosis Murder DVDs for my mother for Christmas. Order placed in November 2007. Payment taken from Credit Card on November 20, 2007. Emailed in mid December but response. Emailed again closer to Christmas still no response. Tried to email in January 2008 from my computer but email returned undelivered. Email from website in February 2008 - no response. Reported to FTC in February 2008. No response from DVD Donkey, or FTC. No products received to date. I am from Australia, and now don't know where to go to remedy my situation.
