I ordered the complete series of Third Watch and received 18 discs. Of the 18 discs received all but 4 have serious problems. Not all are complete with a number of episodes completly missing.

I have sent 4 emails to the address listed in the packaging. That being Orders@dvdavenue.tv. To this date no response has been received in the two weeks since goods arrived.

The company also states that the discs come with complete graphics, but they do not.

No response equates to a rip off!!!
