DVDPlanet.org Aka DVD Collections I ordered the Carol Burnett Show - all 11 seasons. After several e-mails to them, I finally received a copy of a TVLand special. They charged me $69.99 for something they illegally copied off of the television. Toronto Ontario Canada

I ordered the Carol Burnett Series - all 11 seasons from the DVDPlanet.org on November 12, 2007.
After several weeks I still hadn't received my order. I
e-mailed the company and they wrote back saying they had problems with their database and they would manually ship my order. Again, I did not receive it.
I e-mailed them three more times with no response.
Finally, on December 18, 2007 I received a box with The Carol Burnett Show, Volume I. Inside it contained eight (very generic) looking discs. The discs contain shows that were on TVLand. The TVLand logo even appears in the corner!
I paid $69.99 for shows recorded from television.
I have tried to e-mail them again and have still received no response. I would like to see this company out of business and I would like my money returned.
