Do NOT use this fraudsters! DVDRoyalty.co.uk sells dvd's online. Based in Canada, although they use an UK web address. No address or phone number provided on their web site!

We ordered a collection of dvds on early in December (value 80) and were promised delivery within 2-3 weeks.  I emailed after 4 weeks and was then told to be patient that it takes 2-4 weeks. Still nothing so we complain then told they will send another set of DVDs and surprise surprise now the end of January and nothing received.  Messages from the "company" come from guy who calls himself: Gordon Kennedy his response always be patient and it will take another x number of weeks. 

They say they don't track their parcels from the US.  We have asked again and again for a refund and received nothing but more delay. They suddenly said they would speak to Royal mail as our replacement box of dvds worth 80 went missing. This whole site would appear to set out to decieve and appears to be a scam. I can only think they fob people off as each day that goes buy more people spend money and receive nothing. I expect the company will wind down after a while and then set up under a slightly different name and start all over again.
Save yourself the pain and hassle and take your custom to an honest company instead.
