dvdtiger.com i placed an order with dvdtiger.com to purchase a tv series called mama's family. they sent an email that my purchase was ready to be shipped on 1-29 it would take 1-3 weeks havent seen anything yet. Internet

 I purchased from dvdtiger in the middle of January a t.v. series called mama's family.  My debit card had a payment that went through on January 19th.  On the 29th of January I received an e-mail stating that my purchase was ready to be shipped, & it would take between 1-3 weeks to ship.  to this day I have received the tapes or any emails from this company.  I have tried to email them to receive my money back & they have no customer service link, the only information I found on my credit card statement is it shows up as rogers is consulting inc. burlington on 66227342, I'm not sure is that number is a customer invoice number or a zip code.  I am requesting that I get my $49.00 back
