I met Wayne on a dating site called Black People Meet.  I spent some time with him at Chuckchansi casino while casually dating.  I sensed something wrong about Wayne and told him we could only be friends. 

I was in the process of purchasing a home and saw Wayne occasionally as a friend and spoke by phone for 6-7 months.  After about 8 months I purchased my home and needed a washer dryer-which Wayne helped me pick out (I paid).  Then he said he could buy me a brand new refrig  side by side, water filter, all the bells and whistles with french doors for $650, next he ask for $45 dollars more for stainless steel. 

I have been with Wayne while he was supposedly working, went to his mothers house for washer dryer parts and met his uncle and cousin.  However, that did not matter.  I have been over his house on Ventura and Third street at least twice a month.  His mother claims she has not seen or heard from him. I really don't believe her.  She actually blurted out that Wayne was in LA because he had a tumor in his testicles (to much info for me).  He did call me to admit that he was in LA for treatments.  So unfortunately, he probably doesn't have the balls to pay anyone!

I ask him many times to mail a check or money order.  I even played several voicemail tapes in which he admits he owes me the exact amount I gave.  He even had the nerve to say he had never taken from me only helped me.  Yeah right out of $700.  I would be more than willing to join a class action lawsuit against Wayne, his mom Juanita and their company. 

I did send a certified demand of letter but it came back as returned mail.  How is this family getting away with these scams?
