Everything was going GREAT. Salesman was very personable, everyone was very nice. We signed for the van and went home.... UNTIL We got all the way home - and we discovered that this dealership botched our contract by inflating the agreed on sales price of the van by $2800 WITHOUT TELLING US!

I called my salesperson who had no idea what had happened. He said for me to call him tomorrow. He did call me the next day. I spoke with the financing guy (Kurt) who had first tried to convince my hubby the day before and I that the price was so high only because of taxes, etc.

Then I spoke to GLENN who tried to convince me that it had to do with our trade in! I explained to Glenn that they had agreed to pay off our trade so that we would only have to pay the sales price of the car we were buying! We have that deal on the trade in IN WRITING!!! He told me I had to wait until Monday to have Mr Dwight Harrison call me himself.

Mr Harrison has NOT ONLY ignored ALL MY CALLS, but has YET to even ACKNOWLEDGE that there is even a problem! That they did was ILLEGAL. It is called AUTOMOBILE FRAUD! This price  was inflated BEFORE they added tax, title, and etc!

Whats WORSE! Is Sam Barry - our sales person has done NOTHING to stick up for us! In fact he wont take my calls at ALL now and keeps telling me I have to talk to Dwight Harrison - the owner! I keep telling him I have TRIED as I have CALLED and CALLED and Dwight Harrison has not returned ONE CALL I have made - and we bought the car LAST FRIDAY - Today is MONDAY and they said he WENT HOME!!! NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of ME, my request to rectify the situation or my family!!! NOTHING!!!!

We ended up paying MORE for a used minivan that was one year old than we would have for a BRAND NEW one that had 0 on the odometer!! DO NOT GO HERE or you will need to hire a LAWYER LIKE I DID!!
