dx.com dealsextreme Sent me defective products, tricked into returning at my own expense, refuses to refund INTERNET

On Oct 21st I bought 4 items from dx.com. It took over a months for the items to be delivered, then two out of four items turned out defective. 

I contacted the customer service, they adviced to send me the defective items to their warehouse in San Leandro CA. I shipped the items back as instructed, but the merchant refused to refund me the cost of the merchandize and the shipping cost. I opened dispute with PayPal, now waiting for resolution.

Can't use BBB because dx.com has no US address. They and operates on a moral level of a street gang, buying from them is a gamble. If the stuff works as advertised, consdier yourself lucky. Since they sell exclusively spin-off junk manufactured in the high seas of the Pacifics, that's too much of a gamble.
