Dyflogest Refused Refund Florida

On February 4, 2016 I purchased Dyflogest for $119.85, order #254218258.

Several telephone calls revealed that my order is on back log and has shipped. 

This statement makes no sense.  If the order is on back log then that means the company is having problems fulfilling the order. 

Cancelation and refund of said order should not be a problem because the company do not have anything to ship at this time due to a back log.  Besides what customer waits over a month to receive a product already paid for.

This company is holding my money and telling me I have to wait to receive the product,  resulting in a refusal and a statement that "you must wait until you receive the product  then you can return it."

What company does that?  Dyflogest is not going to send me a prepaid return lable to return the product which means I will incur the expense of returning the product.

If the product has not shipped due to a backlog; my returning the product at my expense can be eliminated.

This company has no intentions of refunding.  This is so much foolishness and a unnecessary hardship for me.

I am a senior citizen on a limited income trying to take care of my health, this company is tryng to take advantage of me.

Can you please help me get my refund?  Thank you
