We bought two eight pound balls and a twelve pound one for our Physical Education department and though I don't think anyone has complained about the lighter balls, the heavier ball came apart within about four or five days. These things cost almost a hundred bucks a piece! We tried to get a refund or trade and he told us that we abused the ball!?!?! Harding Summer School will NEVER buy anything from DYNAMAX again!!

#1 Consumer Suggestion

My advice?; Call back and speak to someone else.

AUTHOR: Dennis - (U.S.A.)

I know that there are a few people who dislike the owner of this company, perhaps with good reason; but the company itself is composed of good people who take pride in their work. My suggestion is to talk to one of the other people there and explain to them your situation; I am sure they will treat you fairly. I had some problems with the owner of this company myself, but found everyone else involved with the company to be good folks. Good luck!!
