Dynamic Body Improvements, LLC Lucky Brite Ripped me off. They put an add on the internet advertising a teeth whitening product. No where did they indicate that the product was to be returned . Jackson, New Jersey

It was misrepresented to me by this company as to their presentation of the teeth whitening products that they were advertising on the web.  I was never given a copy of the rules on purchasing the sample of this product.  When the product was received by me it did not contain any literature regarding the cancellatiion or return of the product.  The only time I was advised that I had to return the product within 30 days was when I received my credit card bill and it had the two charges on it.  When I called to inquire about the $78.00 and $119.00 charges it was then that I was advised that I had to return the product within 30 days.  My inquiring was made 2 days after to 30 day period.  If I had been made aware of the 30 day policy I would have promptly returned the product.  I still have it in the original packaging and was told that it was too late to return it.  Upon going on the web site for these companies I find that they have many complaints.  The Better Business Bureau has received 21 complaints regarding refund issues and 16 sales practice issues.  I am sure that these complaints are in regard to the way they marketed the product to the public via the internet.  If you go to the website you will see the many statements by individuals who have been duped by this company.  I do hope the BBB can do something to assist all of us to get the refunds we deserve.
