My husband I went to a Home and Remodeling Show in ABQ in January. We met two representatives from Dynamic Enterprises there. I asked them if they sold the Rainmate. They said "You can enter to win one." So I did. Then I told them that I had a Rainbow Vacuum and would be interested in seeing the newest model. A week or so later they called and said 'You have won a Rainmate. When can we set come out to your home and show you our current model?' I said I will be here anytime but my husband is out of town for a couple of weeks. They said that my husband had to be there when they are here. I asked them why and they said we both had to be at the presetentation. I then asked what they did for single people and they said 'well, that's different'.
I was more than willing to pay for a new model and they knew that.
I was told I won a Rainmate and I want what I won.
My husband should not have to be present to see the new Rainbow model. I was perfectly willing to set up the appointment.
They refused. I want my Rainmate that you said I WON.
Advice to consunmers: Don't Buy your Rainbow Vacuum through these people. There are other place online you can buy them from.

You can read the postings here at this site from former and current employees. Everyone "wins" those drawings. The whole point of the drawings is to gain appointments to demo the Rainbow and make sales. There most likely is NOT a free prize, unless you shell out the $ for a new Rainbow. They want your husband there so that you are both agreeing to buy the product. They don't want to sell one to you and then you tell your husband what you bought and he makes you return it.
