I found the job on monster.com. I applied and had a phone interview. They offered the position of fitness advisor, a contract position for different corperations around Chicago. Pay was great and flexible make your hours. I was excited. But dealing with the company they never answered questions directly. They were short and rude. Always communication by internet and never answered the phone or called back. The wanted me to take another certification even though I had a Bachelor Degree and NASM certification. They claim to have a three in on certification sports nutrition, CPR Trainer and Personal trainer "free" Just pay $249.00 for study material sent on your email.
After a lot of gut feeling and red flags I did some research. there are other negitive reports about this company. They refused to provide references. The even a google search would not bring up the SSL personal trainer and CPR certification. Live and Learn! I hind sight all respectable jobs ask to see your certification papers during the interview. They dont settle for a phone screening. If the certification you are encouaged to pass in not well known, it is not a real company. I believe Dynamic Inc is taking money from professional trainer eager to provide their services to take their fake exam and then disappear. Dynamic is welcome to prove me wrong. Either way their are unprofessional and I recommend you do not do business with them.

This company is advertising a fitness advisor job on monster.com. They require you to pass their "particular" fitness Certification. The certification is "free" but the study materials cost $245.00. After you pass a online test they claim to set you up with personal training jobs at different corperations. The SSL personal training certication is not Legitimate, and there are no references and no jobs. They are just collecting money to take their fake exam. They also claim that dynamic Inc and SSL fitness & SSL education are different companies, they are the same. They are also under orangeq. There is a strong probability they are under other names too.
