I will file and mail a report with the Utah Consumer Protection on 1/08/07 with tracking. I will send report for refund to Dynamic Wealth Academy on 1/08/07 with tracking.

They sent me information about a book on Real Estate ($9.95) that I thought would be interesting because I was already in debt over $16k and desperately searching for some way to make money from home. I am 75 years of age, am a lung cancer surgery survivor since 2000 but lost 1/2 of left lung, am now on oxygen all night and most of the daytime due to COPD. I was told they would work out a way I could work from hone with their leads to make from $3,000 to $16,000 per month.

When I called the number on the back of the book, I was connected to a smooth talking young man named Shane Young. He asked questions and asked if I had credit cards and what were the limits. From here on things happened very fast, after being put on hold, he turned me over to Ryan Bills (the finacial director) and he called three (3) of my credit card companies with me on line and made balance transfers to DWA.
I was in shock at the price and ease he went through to complete the charges, with balance transfer fees, etc. Not once did the CC companies ask for my ID once they had my account number.

I called 1/06/07 to see what the CC companies would do about it...absolutely nothing. Since the charges were balance transfers and I was online while the transactions were made. The only thing they did do was cancel the cards.

I have had one coaching call, 30 minutes and he did not after three weeks have any info about what I was to get. He did not seem to know much about anything and referred me back to Shane Young. When I called him and he return my call 2 days later he said he would ckeck into it and fax it to him. I asked I get a copy of the materials and receipt for what I had purchased, will have to wait and see if it happens.

Beware, the books I got were poorly written, many typos and errors, no author listed, a 2005 copywrite. This had me wondering what I had been dragged into. Beware ! !

Has anyone else been scammed by them yet? Their "MO" is almost exactly the same as all the others. I happened to have recieved info about one John Alexander, decided to do a search and (thank goodness) up came info about the ripoffreport.com
