Dynasty Marketing Solutions. Dwayne Long Not a promising company to work for. Anaheim California

My experience with the company was brief, but so was 80% of every "employee" to pass through its doors. Dwayne K. Long, owner of Dynasty Marketing Solutions, is a very clever business man from middle America who inadvertently ended up with this business because he obviously failed in the world of professional sports, which is very apparent when you talk to him for more than an hour. His company Dynasty Marketing solutions has the worst case of "revolving door syndrome" I have ever personally seen, he has a select group of "leaders" which are essentially the people that have been employed by the company for more than 3 weeks.

So Leaders= actual employees. The company itself is in a very unkempt warehouse/ office facility in Anaheim, CA, among industrial and other small here today gone tomorrow businesses. The waiting room is always field with people applying for what they think are creditable marketing jobs, there are 3 tiny facilities, 2 offices and a "conference room", then you move to the rear where there is a nasty, filthy warehouse affectionately referred to by the "employees" as the Atmosphere room where the sales people go over there pitches for Direct TV about 10 times a day until there minds are brain washed with what the "company" needs you to memorize to sell this service to customers.

After about an hour and a half of this brainwashing activity Mr. Long moves into the room in one of his cheap suites or direct TV outfits a screams his brain washing chants to get everyone pumped up! Fallowed by that idiotic display of salesmanship Long will get everyone in a circle to basically burn into their minds that they have a limitless income doing this sales job and that you can become a "leader" and eventually work your way to an "owner", an owner is someone who has their own salesman under him like Long and they take a percentage from everyone allegedly opening up a door for a yearly income ranging from $100,000.00 to $170,000.00 like it's possible, so he sales everyone on this dream and everyone sits there and eats this up with a silver spoon.

He sales them this unrealistic chance at a owner position with your own sales people, your own territory of stores and basically a vision of power and control. After that he you go to your assigned store for the day to sale Direct TV in sams clubs, Frys electronics and best buys around the orange county area, but not before making you feel stupid as a new person for not knowing what you're supposed to be doing or where you need to go. You basically have to ask if you have the job because the first day you're out with a Leader and you don't know, they give you a crappie direct TV badge, a cheap shirt and nothing else, you are supposed to buy the materials, the markers, the printouts to show the customers and even sometimes the stupid direct TV table cover.

You sign no formal paper work, i.e. W-4 no company policy or code of ethics and handed out checks with NO pay stubs, just simple bank of America company checks. you don't sign a single document, so I'm assuming there is no way to prove employment so it's quite possible they could stiff you after working for them, believe me they stiff you. After all of this you train for a week with under qualified "leaders" who teach you how to abruptly stop customers to ask them if they have satellite or cable in their homes and then move into you brainwashed sales pitches. They get pissed when you mess up and no one there is over 30 not even Mr. Long.

I don't believe this company is a scam, but I do believe it's a very very very SHADY outfit, but still legal for now. Dwayne is a puppet master for all of his "employees" encouraging them to work 6 days a week 12 hours a day, which 90% do this, for very very minimal pay, no benefits not a single perk other than you drive your own car all over OC and you pay all of your own gas, lunch and you get one shirt and everyone after that is $10.00. You buy your supplies also for an average of $80.00 gross commission for one direct TV unit sold, the top guy sells 12 a week and acts like he's a millionaire, they all have manager's disease and think they are high rollers.

He has them all work hard for very cheap cheap cheap wages to expand his company and put more money in his pocket. He is a good business man because he is 100% selfish and plays everyone in his company like a cheap radio, as loud it will go until it blows up. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING EMPLOYEMENT IN THIS COMPANY DONT WASTE YOU TIME, ENERGY, MONEY, GAS OR EFFORTS THAT WILL FIND YOU AN ACTUAL JOB!!!! unless you are completely out of options and illiterate, the people that work there make a down syndrome class look like scholars at M.I.T... thanks for reading!
