DZW Trade Company Wang Gang or Toastem Thieves - fake website selling dresses without supplying Shanghai MinHangQu Shanghaishi Shanghai

Beware of Fashion Website Toastem.co.uk or company called DZW Trade Company or Wang Gang. 

I was scammed on the internet ordering a Hallhuber silk designer dress promising to be the real thing. I paid using 

credit card and awaited for the dress to arrive in the post. It was a designer brand from Europe and therefore expensive. 

Approximately six weeks later a parcel arrived from a company I had never heard of - Wang Gang with no documentation or reference to my Toastem website order. Inside the parcel was a cheap Abercrombie and Fitch polyester copy dress which was in a tiny size. I was very confused so emailed to the details on the envelope and heard nothing. My credit card has been deducted to an account with the name of DZW Trade Company Zhengzhou for the full amount which I've also never heard of. I tried the phone number and still no response so then did a general search for the company listed on the parcel called Wang Gang and read that they are scam artists who set up fraudulent web sites and steal people's money then close the website and create another name. I was lulled into a false sense of security since the website I ordered from was in the UK. 

No dress from Toastem has arrived. I have tried all possible contact details for both the website. I have now passed the matter onto the credit card fraudent team and hopefully these people will be caught.
