e 470 express toll E-470 Highway Clowns bunch of crooks aurora Colorado

I just got in my mailbox a bill it had late fees from so called "Express Toll," stating that I have to pay for using ‘E-470’. I called these scam artist company and spoke to their representatives and they claimed that they had sent 5 previous bills even though it had never got to my home.  Also, there was not any toll booth for payment. I believe this stupid bunch of clowns getting away with these shameful practices. I will never use it this road. Let get together and boycotting.
