E-470 Express Toll E-470 Public Highway Authority Bogus Toll Claim Denver, Colorado

I just paid $20.00 to dismiss a false toll I was assessed by this company.  The vehicle they claim went through lane 2 south at Plaza D without paying the initial 2.50 has never even been in the state of Colorado as it was not up to par for highway use!  (I am located in Wyoming.)  In fact, it was sitting unused in my driveway, as I'd purchased a newer vehicle 4 months before I was cited in violation with the defunct car. 

I first blew this off as an obvious scam, which resulted in a letter from attorneys stating I now owed 20.00!  Interesting to note that said attorneys are based out of Texas...not Colorado.  After reading 2 other complaints here, I decided to cough up the 20 bucks rather than go 15 rounds trying to fight things.  Use E-470 past Denver at your own risk!!!
