E-Advisors LLC did not refund money as "100% guaranteed" Phoenix, Arizona

Bought work-at-home program as a gift for my son with the promise (verbally over phone--at least 3 times) that my money would be refunded within 30 days if he was not interested. Returned software unopened (son did not want it) within 30 days. Made mistake in Suite #--they are using that as the reason for not returning my $528.00. I had the address right, the name of the person with whom I talked was right. It was sent to the right building--a Locksmith Company and someone signed for it. Since they were in the same building would the person who signed not have taken it to the right Suite? I am a 74 year old lady with Parkinson's Disease in a retirement home, and cannot afford to lose that much money, if it is not helping my son.
