E-bay And Pay Pal pay pall won't pay me the money owed me for selling a tent on e-bay ripoff business from hell cheated employees and screwed the customers Internet

I sold a car port tent on e-bay and had the customer pay by pay pall. i wrote marc and told him that i used metal pipe and cheaper to have new poles made up rather then shipping across country. i said i would the tent and att. and hold off on the poles until he got back in town. when i shipped the tent. i asked pay pall for a check. they said they could transfer the money to my checking account. i said fine.

p/p said they would send two small amounts to my bank ( i use my broker Edward Jones )and in a few days just just call your bank and place the in the e-mail form and send it back. sounds simple.

few days later i called and they gave me the amounts ( i have a copy in my p/c if you would like a copy ) and i opened p/p form and put the amounts in THREE different times and the form kept says the amounts were wrong! i triple checked the amounts and they were right. i faxed a copy of there form to them with the amounts.

now i haveto send them a copy of my bank statement and my drivers license with photo. there form was wrong and i don't need all this b/s! i e-mailed them my brokers name and 800 number to call them and verify the amounts. there answer was " we can't do that! ". then i sent them a copy of the ledger from Edward Jones with the amounts on it. there answer " we can't open att. sent to use! "

i then got intouch with e-bay and i was getting the same double talk and rubber stamp answers as p/p.

here is the bottom line. 1. marc wants the poles. 2. i asked him to not pay p/p until i get his money from p/p. 3. i won't ship poles until i receive my money. 4. i won't pay e-bay what i owe them until i get paid.
