This "company", sent me the correct book in very, very, very bad condition...so I used the chat feature on their website...I told the customer service rep that the book was in bad shape and he said that they know about it and I won't be charged a fee when I returned it because it was already damaged and DIRTY when they sent it to me...well, I returned my rental before the due date and they charged my credit card $64.90 because it was "damaged", the class I took was online so the book was in the SAME condition I had received it in! So, basically I paid $110 for a crappy book that I returned! Then they had the nerve to tell me that they can happily ship it back to me for $10.00 IF I wanted and it will be mine! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? So I am in the process of disputing the charge! Oh, and the cd-rom that comes with the book didn't come with the book! This is the absolute worst place to rent a book, it was my first and my LAST time! SCAMMERS!!!
