E-CarOne Deceptive Sells Carrollton, Texas

5 months ago they sold me a 2010 Lexus assuring me that the car was "perfect" they lead you to think you don't need to have the car's looked (proving a carfax report and dealer inspection report) they gave this car a score that was the highest possible. (they have No service center onsite they base their scoring on second hand information) a month later after hitting a bump all the engine lights came on so I took it to Park Place Lexus to have it looked at and was told it had been in a major accident with several thousand dollars worth of damage and that the warranty was not going to cover a lot of Major things. After being given the run around for the past 4 months, Now they are treating my situation as a trade in wanting me to pay them $6000+ To get what they should have sold me to begin with (I paid $30,990 they will only buy the car back for $25,000) leaving me upside down since I have only been paying on the car for 4 months they make $6000+ for selling me a damaged car and want to make another profit from selling me a replacement car "Sure seems like the typical used car dealership to me" there is much much much more. The past three weeks have been a nightmare trying to get them to replace this car and not at my expense I have been lied to over and over hung up on by the staff who are suppose to be helping me and when the last person the finance manager Ozzie didn't like my comments he told me the deal was off that they would no longer be working with me and hung up on me. I drove to the dealership to speak in person doing so with the owner Mark explaining everything that has been happening I got no where I was called a liar yet again by Ozzie, also saying we never had a deal or an agreement for them to put me in a new car with no money changing hands and to give me what I thought I bought 5 months ago. Now the deal he said was I needed to pit $1500 down and my car payment was gonna go from $587 a month to $678 a month and my interest rate was going from 6% to 8.9% I couldn't believe it they we're trying to make a profit on both ends with me paying for them doing shady business by not ever expecting their cars before they sell them!

I've tried posting a comment on their Facebook and Yelp they have removed them. How are we suppose to know who we are doing business with if the business is able to filter what the public see's?
