E-Club Marketing charged my credit card on 8/29/05 in the amount of $19.05. I believe the charge is connected to a Dish Satellite service that I had activated in August. This charge was never authorized by me and I do not know how they got my credit card information. I had my credit card company remove the charge and I emailed E-Club Marketing to find out how they got my credit card information.
I believe this is a scam and I hold DISH Satellite responsible for transferring my credit card information to them. I was told by DISH Satellite that E-Club Marketing is a separate company that they contract with to provide some kind of warranty protection on my DISH Satellite equipment.
They are obviously scamming a lot of people and need to be stopped.
