E- Credit Solutions, Inc is a ripoff business from hell! Miami, Florida

One morning, I walked out to my mailbox astonished to find an Electronic Funds Transfer Notice from Teacher's Credit Union (my bank)charging me a $22.00 fee for insuficiant funds reguarding an E-Credit Solutions,Inc. trying to deduct $199.95 from my account.

Outraged on how this company accessed my account, I called the main headquarters of TCU to get to the bottom of this. Speaking with a representative from bank they informed me that this company was trying to deduct money from my account which i already knew. Their advice was to go straight to the bank and close the account, file an affidavid and the fee would be dropped. This was on a Saturday.

First thing Monday morning I went to Plymouth, In, to my bank and asked to close the account. The teller there called this E-Credit place and asked them if i gave them this information to access my account. They claimed it was me that gave them information because, I'm sure they are not going to admit ripping people off.

After speaking with the main headquarters the bank teller then informs me that they are now refusing to allow me to close my account until I pay them, TCU, the $22.00 fee and that they will not stop E-Credit Solutions on accessing my account until it's paid. She also refused to let me file an affidavid on my part. This is now the second time they have been informed by me, the customer, to stop them from accessing my account.

Couple weeks go by, and I am off to check the mail and what do I find. Another paper from the bank stating that I now have to pay them $103.84 from this E-Credit place tried accessing my account 6 more times. I had $7.00 in this emergency account in the beggining and now I owe the bank $103.84. So, either I have money in the bank for E-Credit Solutions to deduct from my account or I have to pay the bank.

So, in the long run...as of today, I called the bank and they still refuse to let me close my account unless I pay them. Tomarrow, I go to the prosecuting attorney to file a law suit agains all this bullshit!! I will bring this bullshit down once and for all!! I am not paying either place when it was a ripoff to begin with!
